During my Christmas stay, I found the parking lot to be spacious and the lobby had a charming and vintage vibe. the view of the mountains from my window was breathtaking and definitely something to remember.
The room had a foul smell coming from the bathroom, and the noise from the neighboring room was unbearable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The hotel had a great pool area and fantastic views. the rooftop pool was always clean and the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. the breakfast was good and had a variety of continental options. the hotel location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transport.
The hotel was in need of a renovation. Our room was outdated and the decor was old-fashioned.

Lovely family run hotel with great value for money, enormous rooms, and friendly staff. The junior suite was spacious with a large balcony and two en-suite bathrooms. The location is ideal, close to thermal baths and the tourism office.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the center of the city was perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry all available. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The room amenities were excellent, with a comfortable sitting area, balcony, and in-room safe. The hotel's facilities were superb, from the spa and wellness center to the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. The garden area was a lovely place to relax and the rooftop pool offered stunning views.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
